35th EFA

Our creative director, Erik Riikoja, was on a trip abroad, photographing the 35th European Film Awards. Erik has been photographing the European Film Academy’s top events since 2010 and is back on the job after a two-year break. This time, the film industry awards were handed out in Reykjavik, Iceland, illuminated by northern lights.

European film released in 2022 “Triangle of Sadness” (directed by Ruben Östlund and produced by Erik Hemmendorff & Philippe Bober) won in four categories: Best Film, Best Actor, Best Screenplay and Best Director.

Of course Erik also went swimming, both in the cold Atlantic Ocean and in a thermal pool. In addition, he also got a close look at the northern lights.
