Sony has unveiled the ZV-1 II, the second generation camera in its ZV series of vlog cameras. Boasting a wider angle of view than its predecessor, the ZV-1 II aims to help vloggers create more engaging content with high image quality.
Equipped with an Exmor RS image sensor, BIONZ X image processing engine, and ZEISS Vario-Sonnar T* lens, the ZV-1 II offers excellent capabilities for photographers of all skill levels. With its 18-50mm wide-angle lenses, the compact ZV-1 II is designed to be a versatile travel companion, ideal for capturing everything from group selfies to dynamic shots of cramped interiors. The camera also includes features like a top angle and zoom for shooting high-quality selfies, an 18-50mm optical zoom for creating variety in videos, and an intelligent 3-capsule microphone that automatically adjusts direction based on faces or objects. Moreover, the ZV-1 II is constructed with recycled materials such as bamboo, sugar cane fiber, and recycled paper to reduce its environmental impact. The camera is set to be available in June 2023 through Sony authorized resellers at an estimated retail price of 1000€.
